- We have had several YEARS of experience resulting in THOUSANDS of
parts being manufactured.
(2) What is the quality of the casting manufacturers over there?
- Like here, they vary. Palmer Associates will ONLY deal with ISO
9000 certified manufacturers.
(3) Why Use China?
- Due to China's low labor rates, abundant material, established
manufacturing and economic stability, China surpasses most of the developing
countries for manufacturing.
(4) How do I get started?
- Provide us with your engineering drawing or sample and we´ll do the rest!
(5) How can you protect my patent from being stolen once over there?
- We take the steps to avoid theft of your patents by having all manufacturers
sign a confidentiality agreement, and an agreement of protection of patents,
copyright and trademarks agreement. We also have our engineers monitor the usage
of all tooling.
(6) Do I need to speak or read Chinese to work with an offshore casting source?
- No, once again Palmer Associates will handle it.
(7) Do we have to buy in large quantities or take large deliveries of my products
if we work with you?
- No, a total of 500 to thousands may be one shipment. Palmer Associates can
provide a complete logistics solution, from complete containers, small weekly or
monthly deliveries or direct pick up from the port in China.
